Lately there have been incidents when farmers were offered seeds of well-known varieties of soya beans for much lower prices. Those seeds are obviously not authentic. Those distributors who sell fake soya seeds to the farmers not only ruin the reputation of the breeders and producers but also provide low quality seeds that do not guarantee high yields, adaptation to different geographical zones and presence of particular characteristics of each variety.
Our variety Annushka has been faked as well. Due to its high popularity in 2009 and outstanding characteristics this variety is very popular among the fraudsters.They sell soya seeds, which look like Annushka but are not the same.
Buying fake seeds can lead to lots of financial losses because the output is lower than expected. It is important to buy authentic variety without being mixed with other varieties. Annushka is the earliest-maturing variety at the moment and there is no other variety with the same characteristics that can compete with it.

1.The only owner and breeder of the soya variety Annushka is Sojevyj Vik
2.In 2010 Sojevyj Vik didn’t give out any licenses for growing and distribution of Annushka soya seeds
3.Such varieties as Annushka, Anastasia, Antoshka, Smugljanka and Sribna Ruta are distributed only by Sojevyj Vik
Before buying seeds from any distributor check the following:
That the distributor or the producer of the seeds is listed on the National Register of plant breeders and check the quantity of sowing material the distributor registered for distribution
Availability of a patent for production or reproduction of the original seeds
Availability of a license from the originator to a distributor for growing and distributing of soya seeds
Availability of a certificate of authenticity of the seeds which is given by the seeds inspectors
Availability of inside and outside labels on the delivered seeds according to the standard 2240-93
One Ukrainian saying says: you harvest what you sow. This is definitely true. It is very important to sow good quality seeds. We recommend you to buy seeds only from certified distributors.
